Who we are
Most suppliers sell whiteboards alongside a thousand other office products. We come at it the other way: writing surfaces are the whole business, and have been for over half a century. Our group spans both sides of the Atlantic — from the North American manufacturer whose founder built the first whiteboard in 1967, to the continent's largest online collection of visual communication products, to a UK specialist that has equipped thousands of schools. New York Whiteboards brings all of that to the five boroughs.

The manufacturing side of the group designs and builds its boards in-house in North America, from North American-sourced materials, under ISO 9001 quality and ISO 14001 environmental management — with GREENGUARD Children & Schools certification across its products. That's why you'll find the group's surfaces everywhere from home offices to Fortune 500 boardrooms, hospitals, universities and government buildings — and why some of our ranges carry warranties as long as fifty years.

It means we know the difference a surface makes: why melamine ghosts and porcelain doesn't, when glass earns its premium, which frame survives a school corridor and which is fine in a boardroom. We spec for the room, not the invoice. Our advice starts with how the space is actually used: where a standard board does the job, that's what we recommend, and where a harder-working surface is worth the investment, we explain exactly why. Every quote is a fixed price, lead times are stated accurately, installation is arranged through approved professional fitters, and every surface we supply is backed by its full manufacturer warranty.
